Inmoo.lk Terms of Service (User Agreement)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any service on Inmoo.lk Forms (“Inmoo,” “we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to
these Terms of Service and the related policies referenced here.
2. Services Provided
Inmoo is an online platform offering:
- Self service form preparation and submission tools.
- Supported or human assisted form editing.
- Forms data consolidation for corporate clients and agencies.
- Membership and quota based access.
- Advertising and informational content.
Inmoo does not provide legal, accounting, or immigration advice. All submitted forms remain your
responsibility.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Organisations
acting through representatives must ensure proper authorisation.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity under your account is deemed yours.
- Inmoo may deactivate accounts inactive for 12 months.
5. Payment & Membership
- Payments are processed via approved third party gateways (PayHere, WebXPay, etc.).
- Once a form is processed or quota used, fees are non refundable unless a system
fault occurs demonstrably on the side of inmoo.lk.
- Memberships, except pay-per-use subscriptions, automatically renew unless cancelled before expiry.
6. User Content Rights
- You retain ownership of the forms you upload and the data you fill-in. The format may be learnt, by
the ML learning module.
- You grant Inmoo a limited license to process, store the format, and deliver your content as part of
the service. The data you ‘fill-in’ is not stored in the system.
- You must not upload unlawful, offensive, third party copyrighted or other restricted or prohibited
material.
7. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Misuse or attempt unauthorized access to any system.
- Reverse engineer the platform.
- Circumvent quotas or payment controls.
- Use the platform for fraud, identity theft, or spam.
8. Service Availability
Inmoo strives for 99% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted performance due to network, hosting
system failures, Scheduled maintenance or upgrades, which may temporarily limit access.
9. Limitation of Liability
Inmoo’s liability, whether in contract or tort, is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
10. Modifications
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes. The current
version will always be available on the website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; failing referred for commercial arbitration. Yet unresolved
disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Colombo District Courts.
